1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on rupiahtoto. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading details is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination without any compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the rupiahtoto support team immediately.
User responsibilities include:
- Not using the platform for any illegal activity or fraudulent purposes.
- Not abusing the bonus, promotion, or rewards system in any dishonest manner.
- Not disrupting or interfering with other users' experience on the platform.
- Complying with all Malaysian laws applicable to online gambling.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the rupiahtoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept direct payment in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is the user's responsibility and subject to prevailing exchange rates.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the specific terms set out in the user account section. rupiahtoto reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time with reasonable notice to users.
All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the payment method selected. We reserve the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity before approving any payout.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate. rupiahtoto is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the user.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Rupiahtoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from betting, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to your account.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that services will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Account Suspension and Closure: rupiahtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or system abuse. Any funds remaining in a frozen account will be subject to investigation before any payout is processed.
Intellectual Property: All content on the rupiahtoto platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, source code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of rupiahtoto and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content without prior written consent.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the rupiahtoto platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
